Borkiii I love the sound of the Arp Odyssey and Panabrite manipulates the synth in a masterful way. It can sound warm or angular and the interplay between the two is very much alive and presented with a minimalist touch. Absolutely gorgeous, Favorite track: Abyssopelagic.

This 2nd edition reissue comes first as a gesture of appreciation for a talented creative force, and second as a way to uplift a member of the extended Muzan family who has recently had to restart treatment for a rather aggressive form of cancer.
All proceeds from the 2nd edition will go to help out Norm and his family in this difficult time. Nearly ten years after the release of Sub-Aquatic Meditation, Panabrite (aka Norm Chambers) returns to guide us once again into the depths with Sub-Aquatic Meditation Vol.2. Armed with his trusty Arp Odyssey, Chambers dives deep, building a sonic portrait of life under the waves. Jump in your bathysphere and witness otherworldly, benthic creatures; sunken temples; underwater caves glowing with phosphorescent secrets, and more. Tracks like Euphotic and Odyssea pulse with Berlin School-inspired synth melodies, while Departure Zone and Trawling develop swimming polyrhythms that float and plunge; and in Hydrothermal we are taken to the calm, high-pressure depths on soft ambient currents that echo into the lightless abyss.
